This work reflects a difficult time for myself.
To me, the third picture, the picture of my son stands out, together with the picture of the man-lion and chicken-chimp (Mind vs Matter).
My son's picture is a shield against the emotional turmoil and conflict in my life.
The last picture was painted unwittingly on the day my mother died. It marks a fundamental change in the way I perceive myself and my work. From then on all my work is signed additionally with IVAN MORF.
