After moving from Berlin to Devon, my work remained spiritual.
As much as I knew it was time for me to leave Berlin, as much did I suffer from losing my ties with that city. There is a lot of death in this work.
It was at the time that I painted the death in a garden series that I got interested in the AQUATIC THEORY.
